Meet Deb

Deb is the heart behind Seeking Peace Yoga. A dedicated studio owner and health practitioner, she discovered yoga during her own journey towards wellness and has since made it her mission to share its calming, restorative benefits with others.

She is a trained teacher in Hatha, Yin, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, bringing a gentle, mindful approach to every class. Deb also loves facilitating events that nurture connection, presence, and personal growth.

Deeply inspired by nature, Deb finds joy and balance in the ocean, the forest, and quiet moments spent outdoors. She is a proud family person, and the values of care, presence, and connection that she honours in her personal life are woven into every aspect of her teaching and studio.

With Deb, every student is welcomed with warmth, guidance, and space to breathe, move, and reconnect with themselves.

Our Story 

Seeking Peace Yoga began as a simple intention — to create a safe, welcoming space where people could pause from the noise of daily life and reconnect with their breath, body, and community.

We hold space with care.

Booking Classes

To join a class, simply explore our timetable and choose the session that feels right for you. We encourage booking ahead to ensure your mat is waiting for you.

Payment Methods

Please contact us to discuss our payment options.

Class Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change. Please cancel at least 2 hours before class so others can join. Late cancellations may be deducted from your class pass.

Class Recommendations

If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help you choose what best supports your needs.

Age Requirement

Our classes are created with students aged 16 and over in mind. Younger participants are welcome to join with parental consent and supportive supervision.

Gift Certificates

Share the gift of wellness with your loved ones. Our gift certificates are perfect for special occasions and can be used towards classes and events.
